Temporary Business Operations Updates

Under new and the ever-changing PA state mandates, we are asking all customers to please continue to practice safe social distances while shopping in our store, as well as a continued understanding and support of wearing masks while shopping with us. We care about our customers and employees and are continually monitoring these changes as they come. We are continuing to sanitize high-contact areas throughout our stores to keep everyone entering our stores safe and healthy. We appreciate and value everyone's understanding and patience!

As of today, our doors are open to serve our customers! We ask all who are shopping with us to please be mindful, practice social distancing and wear a face covering while shopping in our store. We thank you for your continued support and understanding during these difficult times and are eager serve you in this capacity again!

Under recent recommendation of Gov. Tom Wolf and the PA Secretary of Health, all PA businesses will require customers to wear face coverings or masks when entering any store. We continue to follow recommended health and safety guidelines given by our state and local governments for the health of our customers and our employees.
We ask that all customers respect social distancing practices, if permitted into our store, as well as when outside waiting for curbside pickup or being serviced by one of our employees.
We are open and are eager to serve you and your outdoor equipment needs! Please continue to take advantage of our curbside pick up for parts and equipment orders, as well as our online purchasing resources and sales appointments. We encourage you to give our store a call to set up an appointment or order parts before you arrive to minimize wait times and the number of customers on our lot: Hermitage phone or Butler phone.
We thank you for your continued patience as we continue to navigate throughout these challenging times for everyone. We will continue to keep you up-to-date on any additional changes to our business practices as they come.

During this time of temporary operations, we have received an influx of online requests and calls for parts orders. We are working around the clock to make sure your orders are fulfilled, however wait times are longer than normal. Please be patient as our dedicated employees are doing their best to service you as fast as we can.
Following state guidelines and precautionary measures, all M&R Power Equipment Group locations will continue to operate under our recent business operations. We will continue to be open during our normal business hours, however, our showrooms and service departments will be closed to the public. We ask to please call us ahead of time if you're planning on coming to the store so we can make arrangements to best serve you.
We will continue to offer curbside pickups for all parts orders and other equipment that can be picked up outside of our stores. We will continue to practice enhanced sanitation and cleaning of our showrooms and equipment, especially in high-contact areas, to help keep everyone at our stores healthy and safe.
We are continuing to navigate through this time with our customer's needs in mind and are always looking for ways to provide the best service possible to our community and customers. As we continue to monitor this changing situation, we wanted to give an update to our valued customers and let you know we are still here for you and your equipment needs during this time! We understand that you still have a need for equipment and we want to make sure we're servicing you to the best of our ability. Here's our latest update:
We will remain operating under our current conditions until any new information is released.
- Please call our Hermitage or Butler stores ahead of time if you are visiting us in person so we can properly service you
- We are offering curbside pickups for any parts or other equipment orders if you're uncomfortable picking up in our store
- Please call our Hermitage or Butler service department to schedule any appointments or drop-offs during our temporary operations
- We encourage you to continue using our online resources to shop and request information from the comfort of your own home

In an effort to make sure our customers are taken care of to the best of our ability during this situation, this is our plan of action unless we are notified of any new information:
• Although we are open, our showroom will be closed to the public until March 30th
• During this time, we have a limited crew working to answer phones and prepare any parts orders as needed, as well as assist any other customer needs to the best of our ability
• We are offering curbside pickups for any parts or handheld equipment orders
• Any orders already scheduled this week in our service department will be completed and delivered or scheduled for pick up, but we will have to reschedule any pickups for two weeks out
Please bear with us as we are trying to understand this situation and how we can continue offering service to our customers, while keeping them and our employees safe.

M&R Power Equipment Group will be closed to the public effective immediately until Monday March 30th, 2020 unless otherwise noted by order of Gov. Tom Wolf. We will continue to update your on our plan of action and how we can continue to best serve you during this uncertain time.

Following precautionary measures, we have made the difficult decision to postpone all upcoming events until further notice. This includes our Annual Commercial Equipment show this Thursday, March 19th at our Butler store, as well as our Drive Green Event March 26th - 28th in Hermitage.
Our leadership team will continue to monitor this situation and will communicate with you, our valued customers, about any updates to our business practices and policies accordingly. We thank you for your understanding during this time and for being a cherished M&R customer.
We know Spring is here. Please know if you planned on attending this event to take advantage of our show savings, we plan to honor our event promotions. If you RSVP'd to this event, we will be in touch with you regarding our promotions and our plan to honor them. Please give us a call by March 21st, 2020 if you did not RSVP to set up an appointment with one of our Sales Representatives to also take advantage of these deals.
